The Shifting Sands Offensive
The weight of publicly available material about Manchester Arena Incident appears immense and overwhelming, but this is a bloated, rotten façade shored-up by a few shaky props.
The architects of this particular production are doing their best to “disappear” the evidence which has been unearthed by a series of researchers since Day One, 22nd May 2017. This “shifting sands offensive” is pretty effective. Active links to source material become corrupted, searches made by conventional means fail to return anything of value, and most people will simply shrug and give up before they even get started.
For example, although the Manchester Arena Inquiry reports are readily available to download, the accompanying links to every single piece of evidence returns an error. Anyone motivated enough to search for these elusive documents via the normal search engine routes will draw a blank. Why? Because the Home Office has deliberately made sure that all the material has been “memory-holed” into the labyrinthine UK Government Web Archive. No amount of searching will track it down as my recent exchange with Perplexity.ai reveals…

A. For those seeking access to these documents, inquiries [sic] can be directed to the Home Office under the Freedom of Information Act. The Home Office Information Rights Team handles such requests, and you can submit an FOI request to inquire [sic] about specific evidence or documents related to the inquiry.

For the UK Government to go to such lengths to prevent the public from accessing the evidence presented to a Statutory Public Inquiry speaks volumes.

2.2 Summary Judgment Hearing
Date: 29th January 2024
Prior to the “full trial” the claimants applied for a “Summary Judgement”. The case was heard at the High Court of Justice, London by Master Davison.

2.3 Summary Judgement Appeals
Dates: February to June 2024
The defendant (RDH) went through the lengthy and complicated process of appealing the Summary Judgement.
Date: 21st June 2024: Mr Justice Julian Knowles presided over the final appeal hearing of the procedure (held remotely).
Date: 28th June 2024: Judgement handed down by Mr Justice Julian Knowles. Summary Judgement upheld with Knowles stating that Hall's “theories were absurd and fantastical.”
The Summary Judgement ruling prohibits RDH from presenting certain important evidence in his defence when making his case at the Full Trial. It is also a “landmark ruling” which sets a precedent for defendants in future cases.
“This case serves as a significant precedent in addressing conspiracy theories and harassment claims arising from tragic events. It underscores the importance of credible evidence and the proper application of legal principles in civil proceedings.”

2.4 Hibbert v Hall Trial
Dates: 22nd-25th July 2024
Heard by Justice Karen Steyn. Worth reading in full. It would make a fantastic script for a courtroom drama - the lines are all there, hardly any editing required.

2.5 Steyn Judgement
Date: 22nd October 2024
After three months deliberation, Steyn handed down her judgement. It is a rambling diatribe against RDH which does not address the evidence he presented during the 4-day trial.

2.6 Richard D Hall’s Post Ruling Statement
Date: 8th November 2024
Richard D Hall issued the following statement from outside the High Court.

"There are few citizens, if any, who have researched and investigated the Manchester Arena incident more than I have. In my years of investigation I did not find any evidence to show that a real bomb was used. But I did find video and photographic evidence which shows, beyond doubt, that there was no bomb. This court has refused consistently and repeatedly to examine fully any primary evidence from the Manchester incident, which I put forward in my defence. It has also refused my applications to obtain further evidence, which we know exists, and would be easy for a court to obtain. I contend, therefore, that this was not a fair trial. I would also like to thank my barrister Mr Paul Oakley, who is a brilliant barrister. Thankyou."
2.7 High Court of Justice Injunction
Date: 11th November 2024
RDH is forced into removing all material relating to his Manchester Arena investigation from the Rich Planet TV website.
2.8 Appealing the Steyn Judgement
Date: December 2024
Appeal submitted to the Appeal Court in which eight grounds of appeal have been put forward against Steyn Trial Judgement.

The Injunction issued by the High Court of Justice in November 2024 forced the removal of Richard D Hall’s “Night of the Bang” book and films along with related material, but they are still available from other sites.
