Could the video have been actually filmed at the training drill the previous year?

Your question prompted me to find out more about the 2016 training drill - it was Exercise Winchester Accord. Greater Manchester Police issued a press release about it which said that the exercise began at midnight on Monday 9 May 2016 at the Trafford Centre, and that it continued over the following 2 days at other locations in the North West area, including Redbank Community Home, in Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside on Wednesday 11 May 2016.

The legacy media was invited to report on the Trafford Centre mock terrorist attack during the early hours of Monday 9th May 2016. The Guardian reported that more than 800 volunteers took part, and that the training exercise "continued unseen at unnamed locations until Wednesday".

So, this was clearly a major operation which required hundreds of trained crisis actors who were transported to different locations around the North West to play roles in these mock terror attacks.

Could one of the secret locations have been the City Room? Maybe. But if so, I don't think the John Barr video was filmed then because the poster on the wall is the 2017 Disney on Ice poster rather than the 2016 Busted poster.

Ah, I didn't look into it, just something that came into my head when thinking about alternative filming times. Yes it had to be around the alleged time for the poster to be current.

The John Barr video is a real puzzle, the more I watch it the more questions I have about it, but it has to fit in with all the other evidence somehow.

Thank you. I am including this material (with appropriate accreditation) in the final part of my series on the Richard D. Hall case.

Oh, good! Thanks for that. I have read your series with great interest and I've learnt a lot about the how and why the Lawfare game is played.

For me, the important thing is to examine the evidence of the Manchester Arena Incident and encourage others to do so for themselves. This particular incident is a good one for getting a grounding in the basics of fabricated terror because there is such a massive mountain of evidence to excavate. Everyone can look at it and find a new detail that doesn't add up. It all contributes to revealing how the official State narrative is full of enormous holes. Once people begin to realise that for themselves, they begin to understand why the Hibbert v Hall case is so pernicious and that the consequences of it will affect us all.
